  • Cells: This menu option allows you to format the selected cells, e.g. numbers, alignment, borders, background color, etc.
  • Row: Using this option, you can hide and unhide rows and columns, as well as adjust the row height and column width. If you want to hide one or more rows in the workbook, set the row height to 0.01. This minimum height ensures that the column remains hidden when the document is closed and reopened.
  • Column: Using this option, you can hide and unhide rows and columns, as well as adjust the row height and column width. If you want to hide one or more columns in the workbook, set the column width to 0.01. This minimum width ensures that the column remains hidden when the document is closed and reopened.
  • Object: Here you can define object properties, such as color, labels etc. for control and drawing elements. An object must be selected first for this option to be available, otherwise this command is dimmed.
  • Default Font: The default font defines the font type and font size that can be used without further formatting.
  • Background color: This option allows you to define the background color.
  • Color Palette: The color palette is used to define the fill colors available in the active workbook. You can export the current color palette (*.ppal) and import exported and saved color palettes into the active document.
    • Display palette: Shows the current color palette and can be used for adjusting the palette.
    • Import: Imports a color palette (*.ppal) into the active document.
