If you would like to limit the elements displayed in descending order to a certain number (in this case 15), you must use the following list query.

In this example, we would like to display the 15 customers with the highest sales, i.e. those with the highest value in FR1.

The list query can be structured as follows:

SetDat(1;1;10001;4760;344203;select top 15 (F000) from prename_Z000 where zid>10000 order by F000 desc)

If you would like the net revenue FR101 to be displayed, please use the following formula:

SetDat(1;1;10001;4760;344203;select top 2 (F002) from prename_Z000 where zid>10000 order by F002 desc)

Please note that Professional Planner only displays the annual value in this formula.

Note: Which value can be found in which table and column can be checked in the respective field reference, e.g. for FR101 in the SQL reference table.
