In professional planner you can customize user interfaces to fit your requirements. Use the User Interface Export to work with a customized interface and make it available to other users. The following features of the professional planner user interface can be customized:

Preparation[edit]

Before you modify the interface, close professional planner and start the Registry Editor (Start - Run) and enter "regedit". Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/prevero/pp/profiles, select the user interface you are currently working with and delete the folder Recent File List. In this folder you can find the last four documents you opened. By deleting this folder, you prevent these entries from being saved in your interface. Now you are ready to start professional planner and customize the user interface.

Note: Changes made to the user interface can only be exported after restarting professional planner. Therefore, carry out all necessary changes and then close professional planner. After restarting the application, you can export the customized interface using the User Interface Export manager.

By default, only the Show Workspace option is displayed in the Quick Access Toolbar. Via the Choose commands from drop-down box, you can switch between the various tabs of the ribbon and their respective commands. To do so, select the desired command and click Add.

Keyboard shortcuts[edit]

At the bottom of the Customize Quick Access Toolbar dialog, you can find a button called Customize: Via this button, you can open the dialog used to customize the keyboard shortcuts:
