Balance Sheet Accounts
The multifunctional document Balance Sheet Accounts serves to display balance sheet data and edit them quickly and easily.

Balance Sheet Accounts tab
In this register tab you can enter opening balances, plan changes in stock via increase and decrease columns (depending on the balance sheet account), enter actual closing balances and plan deviations via the transfer or actual differences columns.
You can display any balance sheet account by selecting it in the drop-down menu. Additionally, the document can be switched to any balance sheet detailed account.
If you select the balance sheet account Fixed assets, the columns for the investment planning are displayed. In the Settings tab you can define a main and/or a detailed balance sheet account for allocating the liabilities arising from the investments made.
On the balance sheet account Stock you can plan the purchase. In the settings you can choose between stock difference and purchase. Additionally, you can define a main and/or a detailed balance sheet account for allocating the liabilities arising from the purchase planning.
For the accounts
columns for payment planning are available. You can plan the payment of accounts receivable and accounts payable in partial payments (setting: payment spectrum) if wished.
For the balance sheet accounts
two separate columns are available for increase and decrease.
In the document bar you will find the Balance Sheet Detective. This tool helps you to find the origin of the values in the column Allocations. Just select an allocation cell and activate the Balance Sheet Detective. The results are listed at the bottom of the document.
In the register tab Settings you can display the settings (e.g. balance sheet account allocation or payment planning) for the individual balance sheet accounts and edit them.
